Process 

Pretreatment Waste tyre put into uninterrupted cracking  reactor ,through catalytic heating distillate oil steam,

 it’s via light and heavy Group separation device arrive to Condenser. while the ash automatically eliminate ,

 liquefied part condensate as  tyre oil ,unliquefied part trough combustion gas purification system input heating system.

Safety 

Mainly equipment safety .The mainly Component of  unliquefied waste gas is C1-C4 .

it’s dangerous when burn directly . In our process,before it’s burn as fuel , it is transferred through

 two safety devicesthe first is water seal  and  second is Safety device for gas nozzle

Environment friendly:

2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no pollution and energy conservation
